张真诚，欧洲科学院院士、IEEE Fellow。获得清华大学（台湾）本科和硕士学位，交通大学（台湾）博士学位，为台湾首位计算机工程领域工学博士，并获颁国立中正大学名誉工学博士。曾任交通大学副教授，中兴大学教授，清华大学教授，台湾中正大学讲座教授、工学院院长、教务长、代理校长。

Scholar 的统计，截至2023年5月，共获引用44,608次，H影响因子为97。2017年8月Guide2Research 发布的全球计算机科学学术影响力排名，在一千名顶级科学家，张教授位列全台第一。2021年10月，美国史丹佛大学发布全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，张教授在人工智慧与影像处理领域25万5千余名科学家中生涯影响力名列全球第189名。张教授曾获第一届十大杰出资讯人才奖、资讯荣誉奖章、青年奖章、龙腾十杰奖、杰出工程教授奖、两届中山学术著作奖、连续五届国科会杰出研究奖、东元科技奖、李远哲杰出人才讲座、潘文渊研究杰出奖、美国Journal of Systems and Software 期刊全球前十五名顶尖学者奖、美国Patern Recognition Letters期刊最佳引文奖、国科会杰出特约研究奖、英国 IET学会首届杰出研究奖、2012亚洲资讯安全终身成就奖等。
多年来，张院士应国内外大学及国际会议邀请，发表学术演讲千余场，获聘北京清华大学、浙江大学、上海交大、华中科大、武汉大学等名校之客座教授、名誉教授和讲席教授。

Sincerely, Zhang is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and an IEEE Fellow. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University (Taiwan), and his Ph.D. degree from Chiao Tung University (Taiwan), where he was Taiwan’s first Ph.D. degree in computer engineering, and an honorary doctorate in engineering from National Chung Cheng University.He was an associate professor at Chiao Tung University, a professor at Chung Hsing University, a professor at Tsinghua University, a chair professor, dean of the College of Engineering, provost, and acting president of National Chung Cheng University (Taiwan).
Academician Chang has made outstanding contributions to the fields of information security, cryptography and multimedia image processing.
He has published more than 1,000 academic papers, 38 monographs, 33 patents in the U.S., China, and Taiwan, and has led more than 100 research programs.According to Google
Scholar, as of May 2023, there were 44,608 citations, with an H impact factor of 97.
